TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing a ticket to a Hangout Co. event (the "Festival"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or attending the event.

The Festival is organized by The Hangout Co. All rights reserved.

Ticketing & Refunds

Strict No-Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, schedule changes, weather conditions, or personal circumstances. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

Tickets are non-transferable unless through our official resale platform.
Counterfeit tickets will be seized and will not grant entry.
Wristbands must be worn at all times within the festival perimeter. Entry is allowed only with valid ticket confirmation.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry at their discretion.

Entry Requirements

Prohibited Items

  • Professional cameras/drones
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Weapons or sharp objects

Safety & Conduct

  • Follow all venue guidelines
  • Maintain respectful behaviour
  • Zero-tolerance for misconduct
  • Security may remove any individual without refund

Limitation of Liability

Attendance at events is at your own risk. The Hangout Co. is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with live music events, including loud noise and strobe lighting.

The Hangout Co. is not responsible for personal belongings or any injuries and damages during the event.

Changes & Cancellations

Event schedule, lineup, or venue may change without prior notice. The Hangout Co. reserves the right to make changes to the programme at any time. In the event of a full cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

06.

Vendor Terms

Vendors must comply with all event guidelines and health regulations.
Stall allocation is subject to organiser approval and may be revised.
No unauthorised selling or soliciting within the festival grounds.
07.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, visuals, and media associated with The Hangout Co. and its events are the exclusive intellectual property of The Hangout Co. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
